Summary: With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have built a career on transforming challenges into opportunities and driving innovation in Investment Properties Wholesaling/Flipping, Project Funding, Note Buying/Selling, Creative Real Estate Options, and more. My journey has taken me from starting up as a Bird-Dog and Loan Brokering to pioneering a tech-driven platform that streamlines Tutoring/Coaching new Investors or Wholesalers that have a desire and drive to learn what I have to offer.

Today, I am focused on leveraging cutting-edge technology to create smarter, more sustainable real estate solutions. My mission is to help as many people as possible in guiding them with one-on-one real-life transactions, not sifting through endless online courses that leave you overwhelmed and unprepared.

We’ll roll up our sleeves together—making actual calls to sellers, negotiating deals, and walking through every step of the process in real time. This isn’t just about learning; it’s about doing.

Throughout my career, I have:

1-Worked as a Bird-Dog, finding properties that I could either Assign to an Investor for a Fee, or use my special source of Transactional Funding (even Extended up to 90 days) and do the Buying and Flipping myself, without putting my Money or Credit on the line.

2- Acted as a “Mandate “or Representative of a Private Money Lending Firm in Los Angeles, that specialized in funding projects of $10M+, worldwide. My job was to promote their loan programs and screen potential Clients/Borrowers and collect their proper documentation to make the Loan Request Submissions.

3- Worked with 3 different Real Estate Note Sellers, and dealt with many Note Buyers as well in the process of making connections as an Independent Consultant.

I was compensated sometimes by the Sellers and sometimes by the Buyers.
